·          Business Analyst Seorang analis bisnis adalah seseorang yang menganalisis organisasi atau domain bisnis dan mendokumentasikan bisnis atau proses atau sistemnya, menilai model bisnis atau integrasinya dengan teknologi. Bagi perusahaan-perusahaan besar, keberadaan business analyst bukan hal asing karena mereka membutuhkan analisa yang lebih mendalam akan kegiatan bisnis mereka agar bisa mencapai target sesuai harapan bahkan lebih. Seorang business analyst bertanggung jawab dalam menjembatani kesenjangan antara Teknologi Informasi dan bisnis menggunakan analitik data untuk menilai proses, menentukan persyaratan, dan memberikan rekomendasi dan laporan berbasis data kepada eksekutif atau pemangku kepentingan. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, seorang business analyst memang dekat dengan kemampuan di bidang Teknologi Informasi/Information Technology (IT).
